This Privacy Policy describes how AmigoCheck ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide a better experience for all our users. This includes:

• Account Data: Email address and display name (used for account creation and login via Google or email).
• Profile Preferences: Theme color, emoji, and avatar image.
• Game Data: Quiz answers and game results.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve the app's core features (quizzes, group management, and scoring).
• To display personalized advertising via Google AdMob.
• To verify your identity and secure your account.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help us operate our application:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Supabase: We use Supabase to store your account and game data securely.
• Google Sign-In: An optional login method for your convenience.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You have full control over your data and can delete your AmigoCheck account at any time.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the AmigoCheck app
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
3. Scroll down to Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us via our Account Deletion Request Form.

What gets deleted:

Upon deletion, the following data is removed immediately and permanently:

• Your profile, display name, and preferences.
• All quiz answers and scores.
• All group memberships.
• Your profile photo (if uploaded).

Note: No personal data is retained after the deletion process is complete.
